FAMILY BASED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES DIRECTOR * Master’s degree in human services field or CMHW certification. *At least one year of supervisory experience is required. * Supervise teams of Family Based therapists, ensure compliance with state and managed care regulations, and monitor staff paperwork compliance with treatment plans and progress notes * Work collaboratively with other providers, schools, professionals, families and other resources THERAPEUTIC STAFF SUPPORT (TSS) *Providing support to a child/adolescent in a specified social, behavior, or emotional area of concern. *60 completed college credits with 3 years’ experience working with children/adolescents or a bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience working with children/adolescents * Experience as a TSS is preferred *May have to work non-traditional hours *Must have use of a vehicle in good working condition. FAMILY BASED THERAPIST *Bachelor ‘s degree in a human service field, plus 2 years’ experience w/ children & families * Must be willing to work flexible schedule; including evenings and an on-call rotation and have reliable transportation. *Provide team based therapy to children and their families by implementing a strength based treatment plan *Willing to provide crisis intervention when required *FBMHS experience a plus OUTPATIENT COUNSELOR *Part or Full time opportunity available *Master’s degree in Human Services Field required; Licensure preferred *Provide therapy to all ages through individual, couples or family sessions ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE ACT 33, 34 AND 151 CLEARANCES WITHIN THE LAST CALENDAR YEAR.
