Moms know that as you near the end of your pregnancy, it is just flat out hard to get comfortable haha. Ive definitely been feeling that lately, and its made sleeping a bit challenging, which means waking up with aches and pains like I did today. Thats why I want to shout it from the rooftops how THANKFUL I am for PiYo!!! As soon as I got it done today, everything feels SO much better. No more back pain, my body feels strong and balanced, and Im relaxed like I had a massage. #ThankYouPiYo Ive had a lot of moms ask me lately if I think this is a good workout for during pregnancy and post-pregnancy, and I say ABSOLUTELY! This workout is amazing in every way, and its great for someone with pains from pregnancy, its great for that first after-delivery workout to immediately start toning and losing the weight without injuring or stressing your body that is recovering, its perfect for someone with previous injuries that needs low impact, for someone younger or older, for someone that needs to be more flexible, for someone that is a dancer, for someone that wants to lose weight, for someone that wants to sculpt and define every inch of their body (including the hard to target places!), and mostly, for anyone that wants to look forward to their workout and just feel HAPPY during and after! Phew! That was a mouthful, but the moral of the story is that this workout is truly great for EVERYONE. And yes, after my little boy is born, this will definitely be the FIRST workout I do to start losing the weight and get my body back. And I will of course invite you all to do it with me!
