(Yoga will still meet at 10:45) Informational Workshop to answer your questions on the Coach House application process. On Monday, Suncrest Sheds will be on-site for questions and answers. Watch for an upcoming date when other contractors handling wood or concrete block structure construction of the coach homes will be invited to share information. Friday the 28th: BON VOYAGE PARTY! DJ/FOOD/BEER/WINE & FUN Sign up sheet in the Library for Pot Luck starting Monday! REMINDERS Prior to leaving for the Summer: See the Management Office to complete your departure form & mail directive. Remember that water will be turned off to the vacant lots in the resort beginning May 15th to enable work to begin on leaks detected throughout Pelican Lake. If you will still be on your lot or are leasing the lot at that time, the water will be turned off at a later date. If you have questins, please see the Office. If you have lease a Storage Trailer space, please see the Office to complete your new lease. Beginning May 1st, the call box entry gate codes will revert to summer vacation mode. Your bar codes and clickers will still work!! If you have a visitor or vendor coming onto the property, they will need call the Office from the call box to gain entry. In the Rules & Regulations: Please be responsible to pick up after your dogs and dispose of baggies properly . Staff is having difficulty working on property daily getting soiled shoes in the grass. Vendors are permitted on-site Monday-Friday from 8-5. No vendors are to be working in the resort over the weekend unless it is an emergency situation.
