Monday - WOD - 7.15.13 Warm Up: Run to UCS mailbox and back Hip and Shoulder Complex Mobility 3 Rounds (As a Group) - 5 Deadlifts (With a bar) - 5 Front Squats - 5 Burpees *Rest enough time to add a little weight with each round. Skill: 10 Minute EMOM 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Squat Clean * Work up in weight after the 2,4,6,8 set. Focus on technique, specifically a good receiving position. This complex should be unbroken between the HSC and the SC (Don’t let go of the bar).. Wod: 10 Minute AMRAP 2 Power Cleans (135/95) 2 Burpees 4 Power Cleans 4 Burpees 6 Power Cleans 6 Burpees 8/8 – 10/10 – 12/12 ………. * You will continue to climb the ladder until 10 minutes comes to an end. Score will be total reps. * Scaled will be deadlifts and burpees.
