Monday 140127 STRENGTH ENDURANCE Rxd In 12 minutes complete: 3 Rounds of: 5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20) 3x Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Jerk -with time remaining- 3RM Back Squat Notes: On the complex, perform a squat clean, then a hanging squat clean, and finally a jerk. Perform that sequence 3x per round. Choose a light to moderate load. The 3 Rounds should only take 4-5 minutes tops.
