Monday 21st October i join other world leaders at the International Conference on Learning Cities: Lifelong Learning for All with the focus of promoting Inclusion, Prosperity and sustainability in Cities. Sponsor is UNESCO. Ugandas Erias Lukwago, Lord Mayor Kampala Capital City Authority(KCCA) shall be in attendance and also panelist during the Mayors forum: Lifelong Learning for our Cities future. Other equally important key note speakers are: - Mr. Sampo Suihko, Vice Mayor Espoo, Finland. - Mr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Sayed, Mayor Doha, Qatar. - Mr. Pusadee Tamthai, Deputy Governor of Bangkok Metropolitant Administration, Thailand. - Mr. Viktor Kondrashov, Mayor of Irkutsk City Administration, Russian Federation and many other important participants. It is an important Educational initiative and a Blessing for Uganda. I hope KCCA gets to adapt and gain from the Beijing Declaration.
