Monday, 28th -- All of you in Arkansas, I hope you came through the storms okay. Do you know, about this time last year I was in Eureka Springs and the same thing happened -- missed the tornadoes and storms by a day -- Thank you all again for your wonderful hospitality. Today is work -- nothing new in that -- but it is exciting since Im actually working with an outline (for the first time in nearly forever -- well, actually, in forever) Back to Sherlock getting herself into deep caca on Long Island -- Ive taken the small city of Coram and made it Colby -- does anyone live near there? If so, let me know -- Back to the salt mines. Got an experiment for you: Whenever you see a stranger, you smile. Make it a game. You smile first, see how many smiles you get back -- its fun, plus it makes your face muscles happy and firm -- who wants downward lines by your mouth? (Is that like downward dog? yeah, yeah, I know it isnt, but it sounds like it should be) Today, stretching, core, and get those legs pumping -- you pick the venue, BUT DO IT --
