Monday 6.23.14: M-Prep (Suggested but optional): a. 3 Minutes light cardio (Skip rope, bike, row, jog 400 if its nice out) b. Mobility Work (Hips, Trunk, Shoulders, whatever is tight on YOU.) c. 5 Minutes Gymnastics Work: (Handstands, cartwheels, ring work, flips, rolls, etc.) d. 5 Minutes “Goat Work” Work on a weakness: pistols, double-unders, hspu, rope climbs, rowing, etc. Pick the one you are the WORST at or ask a coach Strength (Optional) Squat 3 sets of 5 +5lbs from last workout. Press 3x5 +5lbs. WOD: AMRAP 20: 50 KB Swings 50/35 50 Air Squats Run 400m Outside if weather permits!
