British Fitness Test 3 Rounds: 10 Hand Release Burpees 10 Hand Release Push-ups 10 Sit-ups 3x 40m Run (20m out 20m back) You need to start each run on your stomach, get up and run out to the 20m mark once you get there you then have to get back down to your stomach, get up and run back to the start and again back down to your stomach. Continue this for the (3) runs there and back. First Round: 1min. Stations 20s Changeover Second Round: 40s Stations 10s Changeover 1. Deadlift 2. X-Ups 3. Squat to ball 4. Dumbbell Snatch 5. Run (across the field) 6. Rest 7. Toe Taps on the bar 8. Hip Heists 9. Split Jacks
