Monday Bee Sting: Here is this weeks healthy check list 1. Water 1/2 body weight (ounces) 2. 3-4 servings green veg daily 3. 1-2 servings healthy fat daily 4. Fruit first thing in the morning 5. Do not combine starch and protein in a meal. 6. Do not skip breakfast 7. Exercise 3-4x per week 8. Limit your weekness to 2x per week. 9. Sleep in complete darkness at least 6hrs. 10.
