Monday, January 19, 2015 Love Your Enemies Jesus said, I say to you that listen, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you. If anyone strikes you on the cheek, offer the other also; and from anyone who takes away your coat do not withhold even your shirt. Give to everyone who begs from you; and if anyone takes away your goods, do not ask for them again. Do to others as you would have them do to you. If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. If you lend to those from whom you hope to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, to receive as much again. But love your enemies, do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return. Your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High; for he is kind to the ungrateful and the wicked. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful. May we walk today in your long shadow the shadow that reveals the love of God in each the shadow that will not recoil from the peaceful fight until all the world can gather by the living stream. Y de cualquier persona que quita el abrigo no le niegues incluso su camisa a todo el que te pida;.. y si alguien tome lo tuyo, no pidas de nuevo Traten a los demás como te gustaría que te hicieran a ti. Si amáis a los que os aman, ¿qué mérito tenéis? También los pecadores aman a los que los aman. Si hacéis bien a los que os hacen bien, ¿qué mérito tenéis? También los pecadores hacen lo mismo . Si prestáis a aquellos de quienes esperáis recibir, ¿qué mérito tenéis? También los pecadores prestan a los pecadores, para recibir otro tanto. Lucas 6: 27-36 Amad a vuestros enemigos Te conocí una vez cuando era niño Dr. King una reunión de las familias del clero en la mansión no estábamos marchando en cualquier lugar de la noche simplemente riendo, rezando y la fiesta juntos. Tú que dejen resonar la libertad celebró un niño y juguetonamente persiguió otro hijitos juntos tan diferente por lo que la misma todo amado a los ojos de Dios. Tú, que tuvo un sueño podía ver con los ojos de Dios, ¿cómo amó somos cómo preciado éramos como niños a un padre un padre que ve no el color, sino el corazón. Tú que nos dejó demasiado pronto todavía cantan ascensor sonora completa todas las voces y cantar levantar cada paso abajo de cada calle urbana pasillo nos movemos juntos hacia los brazos amorosos de Dios. Que caminemos hoy en su larga sombra la sombra que revela el amor de Dios en cada uno la sombra que no va a retroceder ante la lucha pacífica hasta que todo el mundo puede reunir por la corriente de la vida.
