Greetings from amazing Sakon Nakhon where the people have the glutinous rice or sticky rice as the staple food, making the dessert as well as making the glutinous rice wine or sticky wine by having the steamed glutinous rice mixed well with yeast, keeping it in the jar by adding one bowl of clean water to it everyday for seven days, leaving it around thirty days plus, so the water in the jar has turned wine called Satho or Lao-satho the glutinous rice wine or sticky rice wine that the local people can produce for drinking in the family or for celebrating the special occasion because making the glutinous rice wine is the local wisdom so far, Thailand i.e. the Land of Smiles.
