This is a complex to be performed without dropping the bar until the last jerk is completed. Conditioning: 20:00 AMRAP 400m run 15x pull ups 5x power cleans 155#/105# This will be performed with a running clock. If you are running when 20:00 is reached your time will be clocked on the return of that run.
