Monday Morning~10 A.M. Anyone whos known me for more than 7 minutes knows my informed position on the Business Ethics of American Idol and ALL of its Spinoffs...including this one. HOWEVER, because of the Contents of this video Im posting this. Why? What makes this one different? Well...... If youre walking down the street and see someone with their arm in a cast neither party has ANY problem discussing the injury, how it happened, trading stories of broken bones, etc. But if you have some kind of a twist in your brain, a mental disorder, (a HUGE problem with Artists and Musicians), that discussion simply doesnt take place. YOU try to keep it a Secret and others close to you often have no clue how to deal with it and they most often keep your secret as well....cuz FEAR still Looms Large. Several decades ago I began having Panic Attacks. While I no longer have them, at the time, they were devastating. Making matters worse was the fact that my Doctor and several other doctors didnt know what they were either. How on Earth could THAT be?, I asked myself over and over again. I spent several separate days in ERs with the result being that they couldnt find anything wrong with me. I thought I was having a heart attack and convinced that I was about to die...How could they keep finding nothing? I finally found a Neurologist who looked me in the eyes and said: I know exactly what youre dealing with...because I have them, too. I cried like a baby. Much time has passed since then and now, everywhere you look, you see ads for meds which promise to cure anxiety and depression....while at the same time listing about 100 side-effects that might be worse than the disease itself...including Death. After doing some extensive research into this topic I reached the only LOGICAL conclusion. The Big Pharmaceutical Companies have absolutely NO intention of finding a cure for Anything...not a single disease. Theyd stop making Vast amounts of money if they did...and Money is what the game is all about...so they feed us countless numbers of pills instead. While this video is quite obviously a ploy by the Network to get the Sympathy Vote and better ratings, the message from the contestant is beneficial to many...MILLIONS in fact...maybe even you. Were all in this together so if posting a video from a show that I despise helps even one person, its worth it. Enjoy it...and if it applies, know that youre not alone...ever. :)
