Monday November 24, 2014 - Al Shabaab spokesman, Abdi Aziz Abu Mus’ab, has thanked former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, for diffusing the Jubilee Government’s propaganda that they have killed more than 100 Al Shabaab militia and destroyed 4 camps along the Kenya/ Somalia border, following the killing of 28 Christians in Mandera on Saturday. In a statement to the press, Abdi Aziz said Kenya’s Opposition Leader speaks more sense than even the Government after refuting claims by Deputy President, William Ruto, that more than 100 of their fighters were killed in retaliatory attack. The spokesman said the same Opposition Leader supports the withdrawal of Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) from Somalia saying if they continue staying there, more blood will be shed in Kenya. Aziz’s claims come a day after he refuted claims that over 100 Mujahideens who killed the 28 Kafirs have been killed by KDF. Our Mujahedeen are safe and didn’t face any attack whatsoever after the successful operation they carried out by the grace of Allah,” he said. Moreso, the terror group is said to be hugely dissapointed in the failure by CORD MPs to defeat the Security Bill...Al-shabaab believes the bill infringes on the rights of individuals & limits the democratic space.... The groups spokesman plegded their unequivical support in the former PM efforts urging him to do everything including going to court & calling for street protests, to defeat the new law....
