Monday The Beginning of Wisdom “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, a good understanding have all they that do His commandments; praise endureth forever.” Psalms 111:10 The fear of the Lord is a basic requirement for any believer wishing to be victorious in life. It is also important for anyone who wishes to register in the school of wisdom. The man who walks in the fear of the Lord has access to supernatural wisdom. In Genesis chapter 41, we are told that wisdom lifted Joseph to a position of authority and he became a ruler in the land of Egypt. “And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, for as much as God has showed thee all this, there is none as discreet and wise as you……..” Genesis 41:39 Daniel also arrived on the scene and would not defile himself with the king’s rich food. Therefore, God lifted him. Any man can be distinguished and enthroned on the earth today if he will part with sin. Purity is what gives you access to the instructions of wisdom which lead to distinction on earth. “What man is he that feareth the Lord; him shall He teach in the way that He shall choose. The secret of the Lord is with him that fear Him, and He will show them His covenant.” Psalm 25:12,14 God’s wisdom makes believers who so desire, wiser than sickness, poverty, failure, stagnation, etc. The enemy strives to corrupt us with sin so that we do not get wise and can therefore be oppressed. Wisdom takes us to the realm of victory and outstanding success, but it is only accessible by the fear of the Lord. #believer_breakfast
