Monday and its another COLD and WINDY Monday!!! I was outside in a t-shirt all weekend!!! Anyways....onto the workout! Workout: 10-20 min warmup Then... 20x leg press 20x leg extentions 20x calf raises 3min cardio (choice) Repeat x ? Beginners and intermediates - 5+ rounds Advanced and Badasses - 8+ Remember youre doing 20reps so adjust your weights accordingly. BUT DONT BE A PUSSY! You want it to be hard at the end of each exercise....if its easy for all 20reps each exercise, ADD MORE WEIGHT! Lets go!
