Monday is the best day of the week to kick off a new diet or fitness regime, a recent study has found! So take advantage of this Monday to kick start your fitness routine and get to Breezes Gym. We have open gym 6.00am untill 10pm with a variety of classes throughout the day. 12.30pm - Group Cycle with Amy 6pm - Mobility with Andrew 7pm - Body Blast with Tasha 8pm - Cyclone with Andrew To make changes requires commitment - remember here at Breezes we honour that commitment with reduced monthly rates on longer contracted memberships.
