Monday morning and all is quiet on the Cook home front. Dogs are outside. Cat is curled up sleeping. Doug is tucked into his bed snoring away. I almost slept for seven hours so everything is great here. I almost laughed last night when shortly after I went to bed I heard Doug come down the hallway and close the hall window. Thank goodness I had the bedroom window open so that really didnt bother me other then piss me off a bit. He has such a horrible fixation about windows that it is starting to drive me nuts. Maybe I will have to become a bit more resourceful about all of this. Seeing as there are two windows in the hallway, if I open both hallway windows and pull the curtain across the one, he will only then close one window. I may love this man dearly but enough is enough. We had a lovely dinner last night of schnitzel, yams, corn and salad. MMMmmmmmm. I do love my veggies. Not too much on the agenda for today. I will be in Trenton later on with my sister-in-law for mammogram so that I can tick that off of my list of things that need to be done. Am not too sure how necessary these yearly tests are but will just go in and do it. Better to be safe then sorry. Well I do believe that is about it for today. I hope that you had a great weekend Doris and are now going to get a bit of extra rest today. For the rest of you do have a great start to your week.
