Monday the 26th -- Up before the light even considers showing itself -- back to the real world -- The kitters were happy, it means they got an early breakfast --All was well again in Catville yesterday, lots of snuggles during the game. Ive got to admit they all got more treats than usual. Yep, I do believe in pet bribery, Back to work this morning -- only I forgot what I was doing when I left -- time and distance from a daily schedule have a way of sending the brain off into the galaxy wherein only non-specific stuff resides. Do you find this to be true? GYM today, first workout in --well, there goes the time/distance thing again -- in a long time, I guess, too long a time and my muscles are looking at me and saying? What? What did you say? Nah, youre kidding, right? Dont have lazy muscles (like my current ones) No, I want all of us to really really work out hard today, get our bodies humming and singing again. For those of you who worked out for me while I was off cruising in the galaxy, thank you, but dont think you can turn into pudding now. No, its lots of cardio today, hearts pumping as loud as Elis engine --
