Monday, the busiest day, when my school friends announced they in town and all excited me, meeting them after almost 20 years...they all know my association with CAL, (Thanks to open group on FB ;) how can I go without taking anything....here is my modest simple, mango cake...and happy me to see it , as it has come out perfect, no bumps,, no air-balls...though as did not have whipping cream at home, tried to make it beautiful I know the best
