Monday workout accountability post. Today is the start of T25 week 8. Have to say Thank you, Thank you Eva Morrissey for texting me and getting me up this morning. I just wanted to SLEEP! Happy I got up and did it! We are almost done! What program should we do next?? Leaning towards 21 day fix since I am still struggling with food. I eat late and then feel guilty. Meal planning and food prep will be my focus this week. Love this quote and will think of it whenever I eat or drink anything.
