Can you post this anonymous please! First of all big congrats on the new arrival and best of luck to you and your family for the future! I am looking for advice on this subject and am wondering has anyone else been in the same position as me. Since my periods began I suffered from heavy bleeding and pain every month. 2 babies and 4 miscarriages later I cannot tolerate the pain I get anymore! The bleeding is very heavy but its the pain that I cant tolerate anymore! It honestly feels like labour pains every month that I get my periods! My doctor has tested me for everything imagineable including endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, other infections, cysts you name it but could not find anything to explain the excruciating pain! I have found that the more times I got pregnant the more painful my periods got and somehow becoming a lot more irregular ( anything between 30 and 45 days) Since my last pregnancy which resulted in my second healthy baby boy, the pain has become so unbearable that it brings me to tears and I cannot physically move with it! This would last for as long as my periods last (from 5-7 days) with the 1st,2nd and 3rd days being the most painful! It is affecting my life so much that I cant work on them days and I can barely look after my children coz it is like I am in labour all over again! The thing is I am only 24 and my doctor has told me that Im just one of them unlucky people! She has prescribed ponstan tablets to ease the pain but they dont work and I am really worried that there is something wrong even though my doctor has checked for everything! I would be so grateful if anyone experienced anything like this and found a cause, because I just cant stick the pain anymore as it is affecting my life for them few days every month! Thank you so much in advance for any thoughts or answers you may have for me
