This hour long class will help you strengthen your core. Learning about the basic core muscles which help to support the back and pelvis, rib cage, shoulders and neck area you will feel relief from any back pain, shoulder and neck tension, strengthen and flattening the stomach and bringing a greater overall strength and flexibility to the body. Pilates helps form the mind-body connection, through a series of exercises, giving you a bounce in your step, while maintaining better alignment.
