Mondays tip of the day! So how do you double your action? What will it take to grab 1 or several of these life changing bonuses? It wont be easy but it will be worth it! Im going to give you my secrets! Take them to heart and run like your pants are on fire! First, GET YOUR MIND RIGHT! What exactly does that mean? Well the bottom line is you have to internally make a mental decision that you are making this happen and nothing is going to stop you! The mental roadblocks that have stopped you in the past need to stay in the past! The excuses that you have used have to end! I truly believe that 95% of success is mentally believing you can do it and the other 5% is consistency and excitement! BELIEVE YOU CAN DO THIS! Stop the negative self talk and doubt! Second, get rid of the negative people and surround yourself with people that believe in you and support you! Right now you do not have the time for anyone to take away that belief we talked about above! You can do this but you have to make a mental choice to ignore and avoid the world around you that will try to convince you that you cant make this happen! Go through Facebook and unfriend! Dont bring it up in front of people that you cannot avoid like spouses and family members! The people in your life that you make the choice to have in your life like friends are not your friend of they do not support you and if they are not happy for you! Bluntly get rid of those friends! Third, double your nightly six list! Whatever you were doing before Double it! If you were blitzing 5 a day do 10 and so on! Dont get stuck managing your team! Dont get stuck on social media. ...get in and get out! This bussiness is a numbers game and the bottom line is if you are not getting in front of new people it isnt going to grow! Counting only on social media to me is like gambling away these bonuses! You cannot control who will respond to you on social media but you can control how many you decide to go out and Blitz! Make sure every single item on your nightly 6 list is an action income producing item! Fourth, DO NOT DRAG ANYONE! This is not the year to be focusing on the people that do not want it! If your team members actions are not lining up with their words then move on! Let them know when they are ready to stop making excuses to shoot you a call and your ready when they are! Im going to call every single one of my leaders and personal enrolled DTS and find out who is ready to run and who is not all in! Your time is so valuable and right now you need to be spending every second either helping someone that is truly all in or recruiting new who are ready to run with you! Too many times Ive seen people completely miss out on our busy months because they are working on all the wrong places! Fifth, get people to events and trainings! Utilize your uplines! This isnt the time to be working on those weaknesses! Work in your strengths! Try to figure out different ways to meet and get in front of as many people as possible! Take time ASAP to go through every lead and shoot them a call! Set up some weekly open wrap parties at your house and get your team involved! Bottom line. ...there is no secret or east way around the hard work and dedication that will need to be put in by you to grab these bonuses! Prepare to work hard and I promise that you will see success if you do! I believe in all of you so much and know that this is your year! Your #itworksadventure is just beginning!
