Okay, I’ve had an interested discussion with my attorney/friend about individuals’ video recording my or other performing artist’s work. It all comes down to whether or not your performance is in a public domain, public access (parks, street festivals and the likes) or in a private venue. If you have an act that you feel needs to be protected (good luck with those YouTube postings) check with an entertainment/copyright attorney.
