Monica is currently in critical condition after surviving a vicious attack by her husband. She suffered multiple stab wounds, massive bleeding, and trauma to most of her vital organs. She is currently in the surgical intensive care unit fighting with amazing courage and strength. The doctors say she is a miracle! She has endured four surgeries and will need more down the road. She is experiencing varying degrees of kidney, liver, intestinal, and respiratory failure. She is on a respirator, dialysis, and a million tubes as the amazing medical team works so hard to help her body heal. She also has facial wounds and other less critical injuries that require treatment and repair. Doctors are 100% focused on keeping Monica here so she can raise her beautiful children. She has a VERY long road ahead of her. The children are safe...being cared for by amazing family and friends. The husband is currently in jail on a million dollar bond. Please continue to pray and support Monica, her children, siblings, parents, large extended family, friends, and her medical team. Monica is beautiful inside and out. She is loved beyond measure.
