Monkey is home now and already perked way up!!! Hes no longer depressed and has been exploring the confined bedroom we have him in!!! The only thing he still hasnt done is eat but we have some nutri cal paste supplement to give him that is very high calorie and has vitamins in it so hopefully his appetite will come back soon!!! We also found out what caused the urinary tract infection to begin with !!! His urine has been crystalizing and causing the blockage in his urethra . Dr explained and even showed us under the microscope that these crystals are like tiny shards of glass which is what is irritating his bladder and causing it to bleed as well!!! He thinks changing his diet will cure that problem though!!! I sure hope so!!! Lord knows I know all about bladder problems myself and they arent fun!!! We have to take him back to the Vets daily for a re-check and Dr showed John how to express Monkeys bladder if he cant go on his own!!! Sometimes he cant pee on his own and then other times he can!!! I think it just depends on how many crystals are built up in his urethra!!! We are watching him very closely and hopefully soon his bladder will be back to normal size and condition!!! The poor babys bladder was so distended and full when we took him in that its going to take time to shrink back to normal size!!! Im so happy he is home now where I can keep a close eye on him and take care of him!!! I dont know whether its just from exhaustion or something else is going on but I woke up not feeling very well this morning and I suspect its another stupid sinus infection because they are hurting again!!! Hopefully it doesnt go into bronchitis again this time!!! Ive had bronchitis at least 6 times these past few months and I dont need it again!!! So Monkey and I are going to try to rest as much as we can and both get better!!! Once again Thank you All for the LOVE, support and prayers!!! We still need them and probably always will but we really appreciate them too!!! Love and hugs all around
