Montclair Village Beer & Wine Celebration. Saturday, June 29, from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Admission to the event is free; craft beer and artisan wine tasting from 12 noon - 4 p.m. packages include a commemorative glass for each paid ticket holder (while supplies last - all advanced ticket purchasers are guaranteed a glass). Beer and wine by the glass will be available 11-5p, for the duration of the event. This is a family-friendly street fair with music, live art, face painting by Montclair Rec Center, and over 20 artisan wines and craft beers. Food can be purchased from the many local restaurants and enjoyed in the shaded seating on the street. Located in the street on Medau Place, Montclair Village, Oakland (between Mountain Blvd. and Moraga Ave.) – Plenty of parking in the Montclair Parking Garage at the top of La Salle Ave (6235 La Salle Ave.) The Saturday Beer and Wine Tasting is a featured addition to the 38th Annual Pacific Fine Arts Festival showcasing artists throughout the district. The Fine Arts Fair runs from Friday, June 28th - Sunday, June 30th and showcases 80+ local and regional artists on the sidewalks of Montclair. Volunteers needed to assist the effort, various shifts begin at 8AM.
