Monterey Corkage fees benefit Hope Center There are three more Wednesdays, including today, where you can pop a cork for charity at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa. Every Wednesday in May, if customers bring in a bottle of wine to accompany their entrée purchase at any of the hotels dining venues, the Hyatt will donate $10 of every bottles corkage fee to The Hope Center for Monterey. The Hope Centers mission is to establish a food pantry serving the Monterey Peninsula to help people in need with supplemental groceries. The organization provides information regarding community services and serves any family in need — and that includes their pets. The Hyatt is at 1 Old Golf Course Road.
