As an administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the office, ensuring their activities are aligned to the company’s corporate, business and marketing strategies. The role will involve working closely with Key Stakeholders to become a key member of the team. Duties Include · Telephone calls to customers and partner companies · Filing and acknowledging new orders · Arranging resources for all delivery and sales staff · Preparing government funded paperwork to coincide with training delivery and provision · Ensuring compliance against awarding body regulations (including certification) · Minute taking around important meetings to ensure action plans are produced · Supporting our internal LMS database to ensure compliance with awarding bodies and funders · Reports to the operations director · Market research and website support · Providing support for new products and concepts · Producing data analysis surveys for quality improvement and strategy meetings The right candidate will have experience of working to a high level of administration duties, must have strong organisational skills and great attention to detail. Motivated, enthusiastic with the ability to multi-task. Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and preferably experience of using LMS systems.
