Monumentour tonight with Lori Melodic Minor-- I can not begin to express my excitement, even for lawn seats. I have been Growing Up with Fall Out Boy since I was twelve years old. Their unique combination of talents (in particular, Patrick Stumps mesmerizing voice) has charmed me since I discovered Evening Out With Your Girlfriend, and as I grew and matured, the songs seemed to be evolving with me. Although my circumstances and location always kept me from attending their shows, I never stopped loving the music unconditionally; through every scandal, the malicious sell out accusations, the wretched hiatus... my iTunes FOB playlist (and Soul Punk) kept my faith alive. And then one day, at long last, the tables turned and my favorite band rose from the ashes to Save Rock and Roll. I hope they know the way the songs and the words own the beating of our hearts. I will defend the faith going down swinging, I will save the songs that we cant stop singing. Long live the car crash hearts!
