Moon & sun are still both in Sagittarius on the eve of the Solstice. Know that this is a time of extremes on our planet, so do whatever you can to find & create sanctuary & balance within to help transition through this time with grace. For those in the Northern hemisphere this is a time of psychological death & rebirth, catalyzed by the darkest time of the seasonal wheel. You may feel overwhelmed by dark thoughts, feelings so journal them so they dont spiral you into lower dense states of emotion with negative stories that fuel a sense of separation. You are not mad, you are not alone, others are also feeling similar feelings which is a normal response to the natural energies of the cosmic wheels - life is worth living & this too shall pass. This is the most feminine time of year when your soul self will be louder than your ego so feel & express your soul pain & honor it by making a commitment to self to create whatever changes in your life it demands to be in alignment with your deepest truth. For those of you in the Southern hemisphere, this is a time of celebrating all you have created with your light in the past 6 months since your mid-Winter rebirth. Yes, its time to share who you truly are inside with those who most see & understand your essence. This is, however the most masculine time of the year when our ego can be driving our inner bus - so do take extra care to treat others as you would want to be treated. In particular, try not to unconsciously diminish the light of others with sarcasm, patronizing eye rolls or actions that signal a lack of support...actions which we only do when weve stopped seeing & celebrating our own light.
