Moonshine?: Dont tell the revnooers, but by golly I believe I have unwittingly created some moonshine!!!! About a month ago, I decided to use some of our honey from the beehive here to make candied ginger. So I sliced some fresh ginger and put it in a little jar (that - ah-hem- used to have yeast in it), along with some honey and left it in a cabinet for the month. When I opened it, woooo-hooo-hoo -weeeee.... the bottle almost exploded. Heh heh,,, oops, there must have been a little yeast left in the jar.... hahahahaha!!!! The ginger is REAL tasty!!!!! Im going to try to marinate and cook chicken with the rest of it today and see what happens.... hahahahah.......
