More Fudge! #Sorrynotsorry ! Made the most amazing fudge + had to share - Grown up Fudge - Irish Coffee. Heres my own recipe - needed a little more chocolate + milk then normal fudge as the coffee + whiskey thinned it out - but it made lots! - Im sure you can half the recipe but heres What I used : - 560grams of milk chocolate melts (1 + a half packets) - 1 + a half tins of condensed milk. - approx 3-5 shots of Whiskey (or to taste) - 3 table spoons of instant coffee with a dash of hot water ( my coffee machine wasnt working - but instant tasted fine!) - butter - 150 grams of sliced almonds (also added some to the top once poured) Also made some lemon meringue fudge too - so good!
