More MAX 30 moves to come once I receive the program - but for now - Piyo! You can incorporate this into any routine and (in true Piyo fashion) is great for stretch AND strength. 4 repetitions just touching ankle to ankle. 4 reps knee to elbow. 4 reps combination of the two. Childs pose in between Repeat on the other side I have another version of this video where I do an even cooler arm balance at the end...wanna see it?
