More Updates regarding the event Midnight At The Oasis this coming Saturday Sept. 27: ***NO MORE ROAD DETOURS! Optimist Farm Roads construction is gone! Directions, address, map, and everything you need to get there is on the web page, but please ignore that part about the road closures. nimenefeld.org/vato/ --A class has been added for Beginning Middle Eastern Dancing by Lady Beatriz (Bambi) from 2:00pm - 3:00pm - this is a real treat for anyone interested in middle eastern dance. (She got Capitano Spavento trained up last year!) --ALS Ice Bucket Challenge videos will be made from 3:00 - 3:30pm near the Rapier fighting area. The entire Atlantia Rapier community was challenged last weekend... --A new version of the commedia dell arte play, Arlecchino In Love, by i Firenzi will be entertaining the masses for the hour before court. Play starts at 4:00 and court starts *promptly* at 5:00! The play and court are in the same place at the lake, so bring your chair and get comfy! (If you like donating gas money to starving artists, we will be passing the hat for the Commedia Travel Fund to get everyone in the troupe to War of the Wings! Bring your wallet!) --Rumor has it the taste testers are dying and coming back to life over the yumminess of the feast. Be sure to check at Gate in the afternoon for possible no-shows and feast ticket resales! --Bardic fun will be lead by Master Dunstan The Herring Mocker after feast.
