More arguments with the insurance company today. I never get the same answer and it is really irritating. An office visit to see the cochlear implant surgeon was even denied. If this is just the beginning and she cant even have a consultation with the surgeon, I cant even picture what the situation is going to be IF & WHEN Childrens finally ends up sending our claim up. Speaking of which, I e-mailed the assistant for the claims today and she said that all of Saiges packet is complete and she is in the next bundle to get sent to insurance in the next few weeks. WEEKS? No, get that sent up like yesterday! I asked when I should check back on the status, she said shed contact me. REALLY? No worries, friends, Im going to keep annoying them all until we get what we not WANT but what is medically necessary! Saige is doing amazing by the way! Crawling all over the place, pulling herself up, FINALLY sitting up by herself unassisted, crawling to the sitting position, shes doing AMAZING things! Her smile is endless and she radiates positivity, happiness, and love. I could never express in words the love that I have for our girls. But, what I can say is that I am ONE blessed mother!
