More audio talk.. My Apogee Duet (original version/ firewire) is having a lot of problems and Im wondering if it is on its way out, it could also be OSX Mavericks or the Maestro software and Mavericks. But, going backwards on OS is a temporary fix that will eventually not be an option (or at least a safe and supported one). So... 1. Anyone use newer Apogee gear (Duet 2, Quartet, etc) w/ OSX Mavericks and Maestro and is this working out for you? 2. What other interfaces do folks like to use, keeping a budget of lets say $300-1300 in mind. For example, Roland Octa-Capture, MOTUs, etc?
