His opponent is Javier Castro 27-6 (22 KOs) of Juarez, Mexico. 135/140 lb. contender, Anthony Peterson 32-1 (21 KOs) will appear on the undercard of Joan Guzmans return on 3/7. Polish giant, Mariusz Wach 27-1 (15 KOs) will fight on 2/1, likely in Poland. Don King & Vladimir Hryunov are in advanced talks regarding a possible fight between Dmitry Chudinov 12-0-2 (8 KOs) & Ricardo Mayorga 29-8-1 (23 KOs) to be staged in Russia. Roberto Garcia 33-3 (20 KOs) of Texas has agreed to replace, Jonathan Gonzalez on FNFs main event on 2/7. Garcia will be taking on Norberto Gonzalez 20-2 (13 KOs). On 2/8, another chapter of Mexico vs Puerto Rico will occur in Tijuana, when Raul Hirales 20-2-1 (9 KOs) takes on Jonathan Oquendo 23-3 (16 KOs). Former WBA Strawweight & Jr. Flyweight Champion, Roman Gonzalez 37-0 (31 KOs) of Nicaragua, will have his first fight of the year on 2/15 in Mexico at 115 lbs. This first fight is billed as a stay busy fight for a title shot he will receive in March in Japan.His opponent is Juan Kantun 21-5-3 (15 KOs) of Mexico.
