More core work for you. I often get asked where I come up with the exercises I put on Tiffany Dansie Fitness. I have done a lot of workouts in my life. I have done everything from Billy Blanks (true story), to Lindsay Brin, Jillian Michaels, Tony Horton, Shaun T, Chalene Johnson, Sagi Kalev, Autumn Calabrese, taken a class or two at the gym, etc. You name it, Ive probably done it. So when I share videos or a few exercises you can do, its usually a combination of things Ive done over the years, or something I randomly come up with. Since Im not standing in front of you, I usually recommend circuit work. Something like 30-60 seconds on (as many as you can with good form), and then 15-20 seconds off. And repeating the exercises for at least 3 rounds.
