More details about the SURE-Oxford participants (from Dr. Seitaridou): This year three students, Elizabeth Rodgers, Yusheng (Eric) Zhang, and Matthew Dorian worked on research projects with Oxford faculty Annette Neuman, Nichole Powell, and Frosso Seitaridou, respectively. These students did a superb job this summer and are excited to share their research findings with you! There are two opportunities to see posters presented by SURE-Oxford students. Please feel free to stop by either or both of these events: 1) Wednesday, July 31st, 2:30- 4 pm, Oxford Library 1st floor, Oxford College featuring SURE-Oxford students only. This is also a great opportunity to see our renovated library, if you have not seen it already! 2) Thursday, August 1st, 9:30-11:30 am and 12:30-2:30 pm, Dobbs University Center (DUC), Emory University, Atlanta featuring all SURE participants. Students with last names A-J will present from 9:30-11:30 Students with last names K-Z will present from 12:30-2:30 The presentations on Thursday will include the ones by Elizabeth, Eric, and Matthew as well as those by a few other Oxford continues, such as Maydda Qureshi, Vijay Putatunda, and Samuel Jean-Baptiste, who conducted their research with Atlanta campus faculty.
