More festive fare!! Ohhhhh WOW! Just made our first WFPB deviled eggs inspired by Ann Crile Esselstyn :) These babies taste incredible & will definitely be created as part of our Christmas Day hors doeuvres :) Ingredients: 6 small red potatoes (I used white) Dash of hot sauce (optional) Dash of paprika 1/4 cup hummus 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder A dash of Indian black salt Boil potatoes until fork-tender, then let cool completely. Meanwhile mix hummus, mustard, garlic and onion together, plus a pinch of black salt, stirring to combine. (add hot sauce here if you like it spicy) Taste, adding more Dijon or black salt to taste then set aside. Once potatoes are cool, slice them in halves (long ways) and use a spoon or melon baller to scoop out a small circle of potato flesh. Then spoon your hummus mixture into each half and garnish with paprika! Enjoy :) #ppmojorecipes #ppmojofoodpics #WFPB
