More gains! Heather beasted it! The last 6 weeks, I have been on a pretty strict paleo diet with a small cheat window weekly and a couple minor variations. I have also been following the front squat cycle at CrossFit Olathe. I have made great progress in body composition changes. But, going from 165 to 195 on my front squat proved that the changes Im making and the hard work are paying off. Plus, it feels awesome to put up heavy stuff!! -Heather Beabout
