More info on Jacks condition. He was diagnosed when he was around 5 via genetic testing. He has a deletion at the PMP22 gene. The orthopedic doc will likely prescribe orthotics this week to help him recover. Weve been down this road before with foot drop and Jack wore an orthosis for a few months that really helped. His foot eventually regained function. There is no cure or drug for this disease but hes smiling and seems fine. Thanks for all the good thoughts!
