More information for those who want to understand...Trust me when I say I get it (as much as I can since I dont have that lense to view the world through) for most who are not affected by it, it is easy to ignore it but people can not effectively judge what they dont believe it exists. The turmoil and frustration that has been displayed is not imaginary. It is real and palpable...there is something driving it. All I ask is that those who dont believe anything is wrong understand that you are only looking at things through your own view which is very different from others. One of the many unique qualities about humans is that we have the ability to see other perspectives. Its what allowed us to make the advances in various civilizations to get to where we are now. Even though I was young when my family lived and traveled overseas, one of the most valuable lessons that I learned was that most people are fundamentally the same in their wants and desires. They want the ability to have stability and safety, the ability to provide for their family, and the desire for their children to do better than they did. When these basic things are jeopardized or when the playing field is so skewed people feel threatened and they are willing force change. Just my two cents...
