More later but Elektra update from Maryland VOSM: Dr Sherman Canapp called me with updates twice this afternoon. .Elektras been diagnosed with Medial shoulder syndrome on her left and has subsequently been diagnosed with left elbow deterioration due to sports performance over time and her right shoulder has been compensating over the last while so it had to be treated too ! Elektra has been a super star and all the Veterinarians there want to take her home apparently. Treatment has been thorough and completely executed using stem cells in all the various targeted areas !! Not sure if Dr Canapp will comment himself but Elektra has provided great learning opportunities for all and was misdiagnosed by SVS....just because they are unfamiliar with such sport injuries. Shock wave therapy would have been useless on Elektras injuries. More later..she is recovering now at VOSM.
