More lesser known Christmas songs. Now, if you are a trans-siberian orchestra fan, this song is not lesser known to you. However many people are either unfamiliar with TSO or only know the two songs that get the radio play. All of their albums are concept albums that tell a story. Old City Bar and another song called Ornament which I will post next tells the entire story this album. It is the story of a runaway and her father who regrets the fight that causes them to have a split. While the recorded version is more concise than this live version, viewing this song performed in this way is a rare treat and if you have never had the luxury of attending a TSO concert you will find this to be worth the 10 minutes. For many years when we would perform this song at our recirals, it would take me 2 weeks at rehearsal to be able to get through the end without crying. The most important message is there at the end of the song. If you want to arrange it, this world we can change it if we can somehow make this Christmas thing last. By helping a neighbor or even a stranger to know who needs help you need only just ask. And this song certainly should be viewed with your children. Enjoy.
