More major change news... For the past week Ive been working on learning a new Remote Management and Maintenance (RMM) software to help better maintain my client networks. A good example would be that yesterday I rebooted a server but forgot to let the software know... It thought my server had gone down and absolutely lost its freaking mind. Calling me, texting me, sending me hate emails... Felt less like RMM software and more like a jilted ex-girlfriend. lol But this is good. Exactly what I want. If I have server problem I want to know NOW. Its a major change that should allow me to help more clients in less time and it also comes with an array of marketing material. Im excited about the changes it will bring to my little company but theres quite a learning curve and I swear I think my brain is melting... change can be hard. Currently theres a problem with the IT Portal I was issued and its not patching like its supposed to but once its up and running Ill be deploying it across my client networks. I know its a lofty goal, especially for me, but if everything goes right Id like to onboard all of my current clients by the middle of this month and Id like to add 5-10 new clients by the end of the year.
