More media hype: First, a disclaimer. Gasoline vapors are extremely dangerous in any situation. ONE can of GASOLINE is equal to ONE stick of DYNAMITE. Nearly 11 people have died from plastic gasoline container explosions since 1998! OMG! I worked for a vending machine company where I found out that 2 to 3 people die a year as a result of trying to tilt soda machines. If we use the lower number 2, since 1998, 30 people have died from being crushed by a soda machine, 45 if you use 3 deaths a year. Your chances of being squashed by a soda machine are more than twice or four times as much as that of a person being killed by an exploding plastic gas can. And like metal cans are any less dangerous. A warning about vapors from any kind of solvent should be on any storage container. I wonder if they are going to have an exposé about those incredibly dangerous soda machines. Will they stage a soda machine falling on a crash-test dummy? Just thinking. ... and PLEASE be careful around any explosive or caustic chemicals!
